Genetically engineered implanted cells found in blood

The patent describes methods, compositions, and implantable elements in which active cells—in particular genetically modified cells—are used in such a way that they can produce a therapeutic agent (e.g., a protein) and be effective in a patient’s body.

And here are the cells that were found in the blood of various unvaccinated people, showing these cells and structures in various stages. They are sometimes difficult to film or photograph because they glow very brightly and often outshine their surroundings. Their similarity to the cells from the patent is unmistakable, as is their behavior and production of various substances as described there. Not to mention the lack of immune response from our immune system.

Cells are used that have been modified (“engineered active cells”) to produce or release a therapeutic substance (e.g., a polypeptide or enzyme). These cells are placed in or on an implantable element, such as a capsule or casing, which can be inserted (implanted) into the body. The implant is designed in such a way that the cells are protected, e.g. from an immune response by the body, while the active ingredient can still pass through the material to the outside and nutrients and waste products can pass through.

The patent mentions, for example, active cells of the retinal pigment epithelial cell (RPE cell) type, which are genetically engineered to produce, for example, a coagulation factor protein (e.g., factor VIII or IX). Or other proteins, depending on the programming.

This technology allows cells to remain stable in the body, continuously produce a therapeutic agent, and at the same time be protected from immune or fibrotic reactions by the surrounding implant.

The outer material of the implant (“enclosing component”) can be made of various materials, e.g., polymer hydrogel (e.g., alginates) or metal/polymer casings.

It also describes how the cells can be prepared, aggregated (e.g., spherical clusters), or arranged on carriers (microcarriers) to ensure optimal efficacy and viability.

And below are some very advanced forms. In this case, it looks as if hybrid yeast cell components have been used. The large spherical cell is also new to me—but it has similarities to a filamentous structure I posted a long time ago, which also had these fibers on the outside.

To give you an idea of the size—the small hybrid cells that look like yeast cells come from the modified cells as described in the Pfizer patent and have now reached almost the size of a red blood cell! The yellowish spherical cell is therefore a kind of monster cell.

The large spiny spherical cells literally soak up methylene blue. Due to the yeast alignment, we will try Latero Flora to see if it can break down the cell walls.

It is striking that a large spherical cell is always surrounded by several of these other cells from the Pfizer patent. Why this is so is currently unclear. But both cell types produce substances and then release them into the bloodstream.

To reiterate: “Active” here means that the cells have been genetically modified (“engineered”) to contain an exogenous (foreign) transcription unit—for example, a gene that codes for a therapeutically effective protein.

It is also possible that this active cell produces several therapeutic agents, i.e., not just a single protein, but two or more polypeptides, for example.

This enclosure material can be semipermeable, allowing nutrients to diffuse in and metabolic products to diffuse out, while at the same time protecting cells from an immune response.

A PTH protein (parathyroid hormone) is also mentioned as a possible therapeutic agent. Which brings us back to my last article. This would clarify how parathyroid hormone levels are regulated.

The route of infection has not yet been definitively identified. Several routes are possible.

In some designs, the therapeutic agent produced is initially in an inactive (“prodrug”) form, which is only activated in the body, e.g., by an enzyme.

When you find structures of this size in the blood, you ask yourself once again: how is it possible that so many people, including doctors, have no idea what is going on inside our bodies? These are not isolated cases, nor are they rare.
