Our first bucket! And it works.

Here are a few pictures of the bucket - and of the fabrics taken out...

We have only changed the composition of the water content. On the one hand because of new experiences and on the other hand because up here in the Arctic Circle we don't have access to everything that is stated in the original video. But it doesn't matter - we've found a very good solution.

Let's go!

The bucket is wrapped with copper wire - see building instructions below - and is powered by 12V. And here what floats on the surface after use:

We use 15 liters of lukewarm water (as warm as possible is better) with 15 drops of 1% methylene blue, 15 grams of salt and a large tablespoon of olive oil as a solution. Before the actual treatment, the water is irradiated with the Dinshah color Schalach for 10 minutes. It is also one of the strongest activating colors and "lures" the "stuff" out.. (Dinshah Ghandiali's color therapy, Spectochromatherapy)

Then connect the bucket to the power supply for 15 minutes - without color irradiation - and bathe your feet in it. Repeat every three days. One day treatment - two days break.

The results vary greatly depending on who is using the bucket. Therefore, the results found cannot come from the water alone.

The video shows a different mixture for the bucket. Which one you use is up to you. Both work.
