I have had no responses from the company yet. Have enlisted someone with German who is now trying to get a response. What actual camera brand and number did you get? Was it the 8.3 DAMF one? Doing that for memory so may not have all the correct numbers and letters.
That info on the LED’S in that microscope is very interesting. Have found a company down here making LED bulbs that are so comfortable for eyes- have just changed out all those horrible ‘blue lights’. Really has helped me. www.BlockBlueLight.co.nz The full spectrum bulbs switch between three light modes of the day! Very clever.
Gosh, this is very sobering. Fantastic microscopy work, you must have very powerful equipment. I want to get started with a scope and recording device but don’t know who to trust. Can you make any recommendations?
Well, it's not that powerful - there are certainly better ones - but it's enough for my work. I have the MADF 700 with the company's most powerful camera - and it still looks better through the lens than in the photo - here is the link to the German company https://dunkelfeld-mikroskope.de/
The company specializes in darkfield microscopes - and you don't get hair pulling when adjusting the condenser - quite easy to use...
Actually I hadn’t thought about the software. Might be better to get a proper set up like yours. I take it you could be looking at a slide and be on a zoom sharing that slide-right?
Here in New Zealand the microscope people are buying broken screen cellphones and using the camera from that to attach to the microscope to take videos and pictures. I am wondering which way to jump as these phones are off trademe and are cheap and the fixture to put on the microscope to hold the phone is around $30 NZ. They also use these to attach to a computer screen etc.
Lost your DM address. Been notified that my scope & camera are on the way. So excited. A new journey ~ hope I live long enough to enjoy.😊
You will 😊👍🍀

It is the KADF 8.3 S
otherwise send me a direct message - I'll send it to Mr. Gerzen - and tell him to get in touch with you - which country are you from?
And any measurement for EMF readings from the LED light? I am trying to de~EMF my life as much as possible! Apologies for all the questions! ;)
The MADF is field-reduced - but not because of the user sitting in front of it - but rather so as not to influence the blood sample.
It is operated with low voltage without transformers.
It's best to take a look at this page and translate the most important things - it's all there

Hmmm don’t know how to translate that. Can’t find a translate button!

No - New Zealand
Are you in Germany?
No - I live in northern Sweden in the Arctic Circle - I left Germany a few years ago.
Got it translated using a chrome browser. I’ll never get to bed at this rate!
It's morning here :-)))
Ok will do tomorrow..Thanks for your help
copy it out and have it translated in google or deepl - sometimes there's no other way...
And no option for bright light?
No - it is a pure dark field microscope.
Does the stage have measuring ability to go back to a notes item to review on a slide?
There are units of measurement on the sides - but that's all.
Thanks so much for the prompt response. Will have a look now

I have DM you.
Great!

Yes - it is immediately on the computer - and with the release at Zoom - it can be viewed in real time for yourself and also for others - logical.

Thoughts?
I haven't heard of it here yet, and I don't know anyone who practices it that way. And the control software is also missing - right?
So yours is oil immersion?
